Alameda Bible Church was founded on January 24, 1939. It has been salt and light in the north valley of Albuquerque for over 72 years. Alameda Bible Church has been blessed with longevity and continuity in its leadership and mission. Our missionaries have been supported for an average of over 40 years. We have had only two pastors during the last 31 years. Our elders and deacons have served just over an average of 20 years apiece.

Currently, we are in a time of exciting transition. After 22 years of faithful service, Pastor Malcolm Bicker retired in November 2011, and Pastor Peter Lee has begun his ministry. Victory Christian School was founded in 1981 as a ministry of Alameda Bible Church. Victory exists for the purpose of helping Christian families train their students to be servants of the Lord. Student enrollment begins with Kindergarten and goes through the 12th grade.

Alameda Bible Church Home of Victory Christian School is a member of the IFCA International. In addition, Victory is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International and is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International, the New Mexico State Department of Education and the North Central Association.
